Provide trade services
Supply materials and equipment
Each role has different permissions and responsibilities. To access features of the Platform, you will need to create an account and set a password.

Material Procurement
Materials may be sourced through the platform procurement marketplace. Suppliers are independent vendors and creating an account does not make them employees, partners, agents, or representatives of Fixit Hub. Fixit Hub does not manufacture, store, or directly supply materials. Users are responsible for verifying product specifications before purchase.
Artisans and Suppliers Obligations
Artisans and suppliers agree to provide accurate service descriptions, deliver services/materials as agreed, comply with applicable laws and standards, and avoid fraudulent or misleading practices. Fixit Hub may suspend or remove any provider that violates these obligations.
Payments
Payments may be processed through integrated payment gateways. The platform may deduct a commission or service fee. All transactions are recorded for audit purposes. Service Providers are solely responsible for determining their own tax reporting and sales tax collection requirements. Fixit Hub is not liable for payment failures caused by third-party providers.
Platform Commission
Fixit Hub may charge transaction commissions, subscription fees, and listing or promotional fees. Fixit Hub will communicate such fees clearly before transactions.

Users may provide ratings and feedback. Users cannot write reviews for services they never received or provided, and cannot provide content about another's business in a way that creates unfair competition. Reviews must be truthful and non-defamatory. Fixit Hub may remove inappropriate content.
Tracking Communications
To prevent inappropriate messaging and maintain quality and secure service, Fixit Hub may store and analyse communication data between artisans and users. Fixit Hub reserves the right to use inappropriate content as evidence in court if requested by law.
